I get Ariane´s tip on various aspects of life into my inbox, and lots of them are helpful, either giving me new ideas or making me thing more about things I already know, like the following sentence:
Don’t think of your fitness routine as taking time from other activities. Think of it as enhancing the rest of your life.

This is quite important, my friend. We all know that the fitter you are, the more energy you have, the more productive you can be, the better you sleep thus feel less tired, etc. One of the goals I am trying to get to with my 1000 challenge is becoming fitter by making exercise a bigger and more natural part of my life. I hope that s exactly where it gets me
I hope you reach your fitness goal. I am not disciplined enough to follow a fitness regime, but so admire those who are.
