Dear reader, as I said, I like challenges of different sorts, especially when they revolve around lists and countdowns. And this challenge of mine will consists on consciously trying to do smaller or bigger steps bringing me closer to my goals, until there is a 1000 of them. I would like to put here the things of the day everyday and then, when there is a 1000 of them, re-evaluate my situation and check the goals
OK, so yesterday, I did:
1. Made some unpleasant work phone calls.
2. Made up with my friend.
3. Did a 45 minutes stair-machine workout.
